KC Goundiam is a thought leader, startup founder and CEO who shares her business insights and expertise at conferences and events across the globe.
In 2014, KC founded Red Dot Digital, a digital strategy and management consulting firm that she launched in 2014. She went on to found B2BeeMatch.com, a membership-based business matchmaking platform launched in 2020 that helps small and medium enterprises connect in order to outsource, scale, network and find clients.
Since launching B2BeeMatch, KC has signed major partnerships with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), everywoman UK, the Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CanWCC), the Fédération des gens d’affaires francophones de l’Ontario (FGA), and other domestic and international business organizations.
Before starting her businesses, she managed digital and social media for Deloitte Canada and its global team and directed social media for Ford.
